Jennica Rae Simbol is an Associate Attorney at Song & Meng LLP. She is licensed to practice law in California. She practices primarily in business immigration law and handles a variety of cases including H1B, EB1A, NIW, L1, PERM Labor Certification, and more. Previously, she worked as a legal extern under the general counsel at a construction company where she handled internal corporate matters, as well as intellectual property issues. She also clerked at a corporate law firm where she assisted attorneys with corporate formation issues.
Ms. Simbol earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Western State College of Law. At WSCL, she was a Dean’s Fellow and a member of the Western State Law Review. She also served as the Vice-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association at WSCL. Ms. Simbol also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Whittier College.
Ms. Simbol is fluent in English and Tagalog.
