Tianhan Li is a Case/Translation Manager at Song & Meng LLP. He concentrates on serving clients with employment-based immigration cases, including but not limited to EB1-A, EB1-C, NIW, L-1, as well as other related adjustment of status and extension of stay applications. Mr. Li pays close attention to the differences of culture, laws and regulations between clients home countries and the United States to present the most accurate and best first impression of clients to USCIS officers.
Mr. Li has passed both the New York State Bar Exam and the China National Judicial Examination. He earned his Master of Law (LL.M.) Degree from University of Illinois at Champaign and Urbana.
Mr. Li is fluent in English and Chinese.
