USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for Fiscal Year 2019 H-1B Cap Petitions

USCIS announced its resumed premium processing on Monday, Jan. 28, 2019, for all fiscal year (FY) 2019 H-1B cap petitions.

For those currently waiting for USCIS review, or who have received a request for evidence (RFE), you can request for premium processing at the time of RFE response submission.

For our current clients, if you would like to submit a premium processing request for your pending H1B case, please let us know immediately.

If you choose to request the premium processing service, USCIS will guarantee a 15-day processing time. If USCIS does not take certain adjudicative action within the 15‑calendar day processing time, USCIS will refund the premium processing service fee and will continue with the expedited processing of the petition. This service is only available for pending FY 2019 cap H1B petitions.
