Ariana Ortiz is a Legal Coordinator at Song & Meng LLP. She assists case managers and attorneys in preparing and gathering documents for a variety of cases such as H1B and NIW, among others. She has 7+ years of customer service experience which allows her to provide effective communication with a diverse clientele.
Ms. Ortiz received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. She was part of the Honors College program where she advanced her communication skills and completed a Senior Thesis project on higher education.
Passionate in assisting her community, she participates in reviewing and grading yearly scholarships for Ascend Educational Fund, a nonprofit that awards immigrant students with scholarships and mentoring resources. In addition, she is member of the TELACU Scholar Alumni Association, where she gives back by mentoring college students. Her goal is to become an attorney.
Ms. Ortiz enjoys traveling with her husband, playing with her cats, and baking.
