EB5 Regional Center Program Extended Through Dec. 9, 2016

On Sept. 29, President Obama signed into law H.R. 5325-5325, which, among other things, extends the EB-5 Regional Center Program until Dec. 9, 2016.

As a result, USCIS has determined that for the month of October, individuals seeking to file EB-5 adjustment of status applications must use the Final Action Dates chart.
