Song & Meng Is Now Accepting 2017 H1B Cases

Happy New Year! Our office is now accepting H-1B cases for the expected filing deadline in April 2017. 

On April 2017, USCIS will begin accepting H-1B petitions subject to the fiscal year 2018 cap. Congress has allotted only 65,000 regular H-1B’s and 20,000 master cap H-1B’s for each fiscal year, so we anticipate that USCIS will receive more than the allotted petitions and that H-1B will be subjected to the lottery again this year.

 Our office has a strong record of obtaining successful H-1B results based on careful initial evaluation, communication, and preparation in a timely manner. Our office has developed experience and expertise in wide range of H-1B positions in various fields and company sizes. Although we cannot control the H-1B lottery result, we ensure the quality of our H-1B petitions so that best possible results are obtained after the H-1B lottery result.
